Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Cyclocross Frames and Mountain Frames (due to their specialized nature)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed, or the exchange item will be shipped to you.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Felt Bicycles.
