• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Cyclocross Frames and Mountain Frames
